Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, following the guidelines below. Note that the product cartons we ship to you may be opened before shipping for inspection or to include product tip sheets or other smaller items you may have ordered.  After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty procedure must be followed. 

 

We do not accept food items for return unless a problem originated during shipment or at our location. Unused equipment may be returned in original packing and in RE-SELLABLE CONDITION for a 15% re-stocking charge.

Please call 780-349-0903 for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning an item. Products damaged by customer use (OR misuse) are not eligible for refund.

 

Repack the item in the original packaging and include your RA number. We will send shipping instructions with the RA number.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment or store credit if requested. For cancelled orders paid by check or by money order, funds must clear the bank before a refund can be processed.
